Fanuc OMB Spin Not Safe Error

Makino FNC106 - Fanuc OMB Control. Tool out of order & had a hard crash. Machine runs fine if spindle is not under a load. Will dry run program @ max RPM for hours, but when you put spindle load, returns error No. 2028 Spin Not Safe & machine stops. The spindle sounds fine & runs up to RPM fine. Spindle is not heating up. Machine is not running for a long duration to fault out, totally random.

No, fairly good size 24 x 46" CAT50 spindle. Ran ok all day. Intermittent problem at this point. Mike
