    controller power problem

i justt recieved my pcnc 1100 friday and started to assemble it today. Everthing is together and great except i don't have any 110v power to the controller ( the 110v recepticle on the bottom of the electrical encloser). I ran extension cord to the controller so i could fire the mill up. I ran the spindle, joged all the axis, and homed all the axis. I don't want to wait till monday morning to call tormach. Can any one help me with the 110v power problem?

I just wanted to clarify you have a cable that is similar to a regular 110 computer cable going from wall 110 outlet to the bottom of the electronics cabinet and a larger cable from a 220 outlet to the bottom of the cabinet. The 220 volt power doesn't power the control electronic, only power for the spindle through the spindle drive unit. I hope this helps.

it's been a few years since i have looked under there so i am trying to remember what it looks like, but you don't have the computer plugged into the coolant outlet by mistake do you?

edit: and like mentioned above, you do have a separate 110v power source hooked into the machine along with the 220v? if not, it may be time to rtfm
