first setup your coordinate system as you do always . right after that you have to bring in the part which is your fixture.
use the mate options in the assembly mode to place your fixture correctly with the job. the next step is define your fixture
by right clicking on the fixtures tab in the solidcam manager tree and select the parts that you want to define as fixture .
once you done with fixture definition do a machine setup that is right click on operations tab choose machine setup in there
select the MAC position , select the fixture (x y z values not necessary unless you want to use the machine simulation ). once you finish
this setup you will see the fixture in the simulation until you do a new machine setup.

    hope its helpful
    cheers

You can have more than one setup in a CAM part which enables you to machine the turnover operations in SolidCAM and simulate them (to separate the code use a 'split'). You can even get MachSim to recognise multiple setups and bring in the fixtures accordingly.
