    Apire WTF?

I am a coplete idiot aparently. why is aspire doing this.
I have not used my cnc in 6 months and only done a Bitmap to a relif once about a year ago and can't remeber how to do it. I found the Coffe Bean sign tutorial and got it almost figured out.

First. My computer does not do the same as the screen in the video. why does his picture turn yellow in the 2D view and mine turns BLK&WHT?

but I have found a way around that by clicking and deleting the black and white bitmap and then I usually can get the CLEAR image to work SOMETIMES!!

after hours of struggling through this and once it gets a F'ed up I close it and start over from scratch.

the biggest problem is I can get the 2" height of the letters and border and can after struggling get the releif into it but when I turn on the group of the 2" top height letters it adds these little slivers of crap around the letters and then I can't machine it because it excedes the material thickness of a 2" HDU foam.

What are these little slivers and why am I getting them?? Thanks

Image one I am up to the clear bitmap image. then I turn on my component layers again and that is where these little sliver extrude out the top???

I don't really know what I did but got it to work. I have to set a fake Z on the machine to make it work though. still baffeled at these sliver that are coming up around my boundries. the cnc will just have to lift at those spots.

    Hello Jeremy,

Sorry to see you are struggling with this.

I believe you have contacted the Vectric support team and Mark has
pointed you in the right direction, but we are waiting for you to send
us the Aspire file so we can provide a more complete answer.
