That may not be necessarily true in the instance.

I have typed in some text for a sign, then I went and imported one of the borders from the Artcam, a signet topp called Tag08. It shows up at the very bottom of my work area as a tiny little vector. No problem? Well, when I click on it it gives me the crosshairs to move it, but not to resize it. What's the secret?

it sounds like this is a metric part that you've imported using Imperial units.

It shouldn't matter with a vector image, should it? It should be easy enough to resize a vector image.

You gotta hit T and transform the vector before you can resize it.
