    need contract work done

I want to produce a self designed medical product, almost done with prototyping and need a machine capable of cutting P20 steel, small machine ok, high feed required, must be able to recieve X3 posts. workpiece is 3 inch P20 rounds, 1 inch high, max depth of cut .875". I will need to implement a few more design changes and will be making a run of about 5 pieces (consisting of a top half and a bottom half) Any interested parties kindly reply. Thanks

P20 is a modified 4130 and 4135 Steel used mostly in mold making. P20 varies depending on where it comes from and requires different machining approach dependant on it's carbon and Moloy content as well as other factors. so you will need to be very specific here as to the molecular structure of the P20 you want to have manufactured. What is the call out? such as DIN 1.2311 and DIN 1.2312, or their close cousin, AISI P20?
