    control techniques unidrive, autotune problem

I have a problem with my servo driver, when I am doing a autotune I getting a tripcode (ENC.PH4) , it means that the commutations signals is connected incorrectly. I have tryed to connect the commutations cabel all diffrent ways but I still gett the tripcode. Can anyone help me and say what am i doing wrong??

    It's a control techniques unidrive (classic) 1405
    Simens servo motor 1FT5064-1AG71-4EBO.
I have 4,7kohm pullup resistors to the open collector hall sensor output.

    Manual for the servodrive:

Which mode are you running the Unidrive in?
I do not have time to read the manual but would also check the phasing between the drive and the motor is correct and I think ther drive should be in SV mode..
Control Techniques have a friendly, very helpful, free help line. You can talk to them every five minutes if you need help with one of their products.Make sure you are conversant with the Siemens connections before talking to them..
