Regardless if your die maker is superman, your talking about extruders whom are in a seemingly good economy at the moment compared to others. Pushing precision is none to attractive to them as there about speed and poundage right now and don't need the exposure of a small guy bithching about his parts being out of tolerance by a thou. I've had guys lately walk away from complex shapes whom would have begged for it a few years ago.
Anyways, if it's in fact less than a thou a foot...great for you, that's amazing. Does the shape include a shelf for the rails to align on? Are you going to support screws with the screw applied end caps like the ckk's.
