Yes it would... this style of Hobbed Gear Wheel is very typical in this type of extruder. I've sold quite a few of these and only had 1 return (and that was because the buyer had modified his printer so much that it would no longer fit because of additions he had made). Yes i went to a machine shop and knew what they where. At least i know they will be made with high precision .

Have one left of the ViperXZ in 25mm rails y ( across) and 30mm X (long axis)
Have great deal on it as part of the logo name engraving is missing. Was put on sanding machine to get anodized and belt went to far.
No ViperXZ with all 30mm left

Have .8kw , 1.5kw and 2.2kw air cooled spindle shortly. Will be changing the bearings to IKO spindle bearings

I don't have table top in stock right now. I will have 2 design of top once Gantry extrusion die is done.
Better for the MDF top would be to add the 2 centre braces that attach to end frame. Far better than top alone

I was thinking of putting three 4020 extrusions across, to support a double mdf table. What do you think? Then using some vacuum pods for holddown. Did my flexible coupler go out, thanks again!!! Also, why is my x axis so much louder than the y when it moves? Noise is coming from the middle of the gantry where the screw goes through.

There is mounting for 2 4080 profiles to end frame.
X axis in long axis, it because it sits on aluminum profile and sound loader.
The new table top i have coming is a vacuum top, 1 inch thick top

Also the higher end ballscrews are lot smoother and make no noise. Also being a 2010 makes more noise than 2510

The new 4x4 and 4x8 i should have all parts finalized this week. They will be on Kickstarter i am thinking but not sure yet.
Machine is all high end parts and about less price than a china machine .
All hidden rails and ballscrews.
