    Solidcam with Haas

I have been having trouble with an interpolation error with the Haas VF6 and a large gantry router called MotionMaster. I generate toolpaths with Solidcam and the Haas post. The error is a I, J error (sorry, but I can't remember it exactly), when a line meets an arc at it tangent or two arc do the same. The end point does not match the next start point. What causes this? Is it a setting in Solidcam? I've messed around with some tollerance numbers, but with no change. If all the toolpaths are square cornered, I get no error. Please help

it's hard to said, but nomarlly when I get those error(like IJ error) it's more like that the arc is not smooth tangent.
The best way to learn is trial error.

I should say that I am machining off a solid modeled surface so tangency shouldn't be an issue. It's got to be a tolerance issue with solidcam. We have a lower quality cnc router that never errors out like this, even with the same program. The higher quality machines "see" the point to point discrepancy and error out.
