Is the machine attempting to home but going to the wrong place? You may have to adjust the machine parameters.

Or is the machine not moving at all? You maybe on a limit switch.

what do you mean by tried a soft key start up?

You should be holding in two keys the key with the letter "P" on it and the "CAN" key

(the "P" is on a key that uses many letters) and you power off the machine and push in the two keys
hold them in until all power is on including hydraulics.

Then zero return should be ok.

if not what is the alarm?
