HDI remove the .5 x,y offset generated in Mach 3 when I upload code?

Yeah so when I upload my gcode it adds a half inch all the way around my part, I am using freemill to generate gcode and my offset was 0,0,0. Could this be happening in Mach 3? How do I fix it?

I just started cutting foam taped to my table and my work table is only 8 x 14. Every half inch is gold.

    Nope.

Could you explain a bit better what's happening? What size tool are you using?

Are you setting the Home position to match the zero location used in the toolpath?
