Performance metals Australia does sell some buts its expensive

I've tried several aluminium wholesalers and they can only provide 6060T5

You said you need 10mm thick can't do that because here in the U.S.A. it's a pain to get material in mm. I don't even know if you can I've never tried and never will. So closest to that of what we have is a .5" thick x 3.0" wide x 20' long. So how much length do you need? To ship 11' of .5"x3.0" cut up into smaller lengths would be $33.00 + $167.00 for the material.

I'll let you know tommorow, I'd have to call the post office to get info on shipping lengths like that. Yeah we have 2.5" too. So what's going on in australia these days, I'm seeing more and more stuff going on over there?

1.5in would also be useful and might be better suited
The lengths can be 8" long but is it worth it cutting them up that small
