Does anybody now what is the best Feed and speed for reamering the Aluminum 6061 for 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2 hole size, and how much hole size suppose to be (the best one)?, depth is almost 1.0"
also how can I make it tight or lose with feed and speed,

    Thanks

Feed should be 2xDrilling Feed, I.e .006" to .008" per revolution you speeds are half the Drilling speed for that material (probably some where in the vicinity of 400 sfm for drilling with HSS so try 200 sfm.)

Leave .005-.01 ream stock in hole and run 30 to 50 sfm at .01 fpr (1/4) to .014 fpr (1/2) (the feed increase along with the size) up to .018 to .020 fpr for 1.00 dia reams. If you want the size to increase run rpm faster and vise versa for the hole size to shrink. You can get .0005 under/over reamer sets from enco, j&l, production tool so you don't have to try and get a reamer to run oversize or under. Good luck
