Where did you buy the machine? It had better to ask the factory to send it to you. For the softdog, different factory have different softdogs. The setting of softdog has the difference. If you have any other questions, please let us know. [email protected]

You should be able to buy another dongle for for about $60 from your manufacturer.

soft dog for lasercut 5.3 no need any driver,if your soft dog can't open your software,then your soft dog has some problem
need to buy a new one

This is nice.

I just bought a 1235 LC from you. It came thursday. I installed lasercut 5.3 on my computer, plugged in the dongle but it still tells me I need to plug it in and restart the software. emily of your company told me to "please try some driver". Now i read from your post that the dongle does not need a driver to work. Awesome. So, since my dongle does not seem to work what do I do? Wait for you to send me a new one?
