Acramatic 2100. NC ready signal on PLC output missing

Does someone know the criteria for the NC Ready from the PLC output to go high on an Acramatic 2100. To put it easier I have no NC ready signal to the CR5 relay. No alarms on the screen except emergency switch message, signal from this runs through the CR5 NC ready relay anyway

    Machine is an Cincinnati Lancer

Controller is pc based, yes. The emergency circuit last stop before the main safety relay is the CR5 relay I mentioned, 24 volt dc to the CR5 goes directly from the plc output on the controller, the emergency circuit can after what I understand not function before CR5 relay goes high.

    Thank you for answering
