First of all, i'd like to say to anyone here how much i'm disliking this person, who is a real fish and commercially speaking totaly stupid...

I recently bought a router to this company, and i can say now this was about a total miss.

Let me explain you why.

First, i've been negotiating some conditions. I do have all documents and proof if you want them. Just ask.

The router was supposed to come :

- With NCstudio and Ucancam. Ucancam was delivered, but not NCstudio wich is a hacked copy of the original software. Also, the hacked copy contained a trojan virus (TROJAN ADH), which is very well know to infect files and be a totally dangerous threat for your files and your computer too.

- It was supposed to come with a vaccum system. It was only delivered a vaccum brush.

- It was supposed to come with a water tank. It was not delivered. The water pumps were provided but are not at all dedicated to be used for this. These are for water fountains, not for professional use. Cost around 9$ each.

- Router came already damaged because it was lifted with lifting clamps. They let their marks on the router table as you can see on the pictures.

- Router is not at all levelled. So it means that you have a lot of level difference from one side board to the other side. I measured about 3mm only on the X axis. So it has to be releveled by all ways, including the Z axis.

- Router was supposed to come with an USB control interface. A very old PCI one style were delivered. If you plan like me to use it with a laptop, just forget it.

I'm not talking about the painting, router finitions and cabling that has to be retaken in all cases. Stepping motors cables were soldered to the crossing cables, wich does not allow you to use this one without changing them totally or add a new connection box. You should also change the cables as quality is not good at all.

On some picture, you can also see that going straight is difficult for this company. But this does not seems to be a problem for them.

Discussing with "super" Jackie, you can have it all. Including the building and machining dust as you can see on pictures. But if you expect to have what you were supposed to, be really carefull. This guy changes it's mind all the time and this is a casino bet. For the same price, you would have lies, not what you ordered and full disagrements at the end.

I will not recommend it at all !!!

This machine is Ncstudio control system,And Ncstudio is PCI connect,we all know that it is not USB connect, the Ncstudio,yes,it is copy one,every customers know that this price only buy copy one,it don't affect use.

About the dust collector ,yes,we accept lost it when ship,but have cutted down the price.

About water tank,the machine with it,I don't know why François said without it,we can see the picture.

We have cutted USD 750 for the machine,and paid more USD 350 for the customer,the customer still not paid us balance USD 750,the payment term is pay us balance when delivery ,now the customer have gotten router half a month,but they have not paid us,after they said there are some problem of our router,we accept the USD 750 for the compensate,so we paid for the problem.we think it is enough,it is no reason ask for much more.we should understand each other.

Cutting the price ? He is just telling it now, but adding more fees aftermath, still without notifying or justifying it. Result, the price was not raised, but climbed for 750$. The fact is that he talked about a 6.5 CBM shipping box, and this was a 9CBM. Effectively, this changes the shipping and handling price for some. If i knewed it before buying, i may not have bought the router. Now, and aftermath, the guy is asking for compensation for it's own mistakes. What a joke...

Router is not usable. Leveling has never been done. Sides are damaged. Security is not even CE standards as course end protection is only from one side. The ground has never been cabled (Great !!!).

Ncstudio is copy (I understand it aftermath). He is justifying it by saying, everybody knows this is copy. No, sorry, i didn't knew it...

Delivery conditions were not respected. I had to custom clear and provide CE documentation by myslef (In fact, asking them to Jackie, and tell him which documents were required - Note this is DDP, i normally don't have to care about this, but i did). They were supposed to be enclosed within the router, this was just a funny game to get what was required...

You needed a liar, a living joke, you just find him !

USD 6050 DDP (Door to door transportation from china to france) for an HT-S1218 with a 300mm Z axis, a dust vaccum system, a water cooling system and some very bad quality miling tools.

PAID 3000 + 2300 USD. Still in charge, but won't be paid until getting solutions, 750USD. Chances to get satisfaction. Around Zero !

DDP supposes that custom clearance would be managed by the seller, even if you pay for the taxes bill. This is normally exporter responsability, and he has to collect all needed informations to make this going well. He never did in fact. I had to do it myslef because i saw this guy didn't even knows that CE documents should have been enclosed within the router to do so (CE certificates, CE conformity Tests and so on). When i putted him in contact with the declarant for custom clearance, he got surprised that documents where not those expected. We are now suspecting that those documents are falsified ones, as the CE conformity certificate differs from what has been delivered (Report test has different values and material description than measured and delivered ones). CE Facilities would be advertised soon, as he seems to sell more in Europe.

Security risks are also not correctly handled. The ground was not even cabled ! Only one end course stopper switch for each axis ;-).

I also contacted Weihong company, wich is the original interface card builder. they told me this was an illegal copy. It was also recognized by Jackie, which does not seems to realize what it means...

Official complaint is on it's way. Hope he has a very good lawyer as weihong company is also a chinese company too...

You should see how leveled it was. This is like of you were driving a car with only two wheels touching the ground. Jackie would tell you this is not perfect, chinese quality. But would still ask for the 750$ to solve your leveling problems....

Don't worry jackie. You now have a new friend for all your lifetime untill you refund ! This is now my official goal, you should be understand why....

I have bought several machines from Jackie,their machines don't have big problem,all work well,and he service well,I think the routers are valuable for the price,customers don't expect the quality as European,just think about the price you paid.



And we should pay money to suppliers when we gotten router,if we don't pay,what is the reason have to complain the quality?

To any customer here. I Will tell you about the CE custom facilities and the police report i made this morning in next posts. They said that there is strong chance that this company would be banned from importation in all European Marketplace with the proof given so far. The company products in transit will be verified carefully. Any product without CE compliancy would be hold in custom area until they reach it. Any product copies enclosed as the card interface and CD copies would be hold and destroyed in any case.

I will also post a procedure for having money back, how to play your insurance, and another one for a cheap and easy USB interface replacement (Around 150 €) with real security capabilities for any 4 axis drived routers.

Then i will post a procedure for any customer who wants to complaint :

1) To the industry ministry of china. the actual and official policy is based on foreign customer satisfaction and quality goals.
2) To custom facilities in each european country.
3) Howto complaint for a commercial good in china, contacts, lawyers and customer care institutions.
4) How to have an official commercial complaint throught your local diplomatic ambassy of china in your own country.


Jackie, Read Sun Tzu and Confusius please (You know, some of you own best sellers). You would see that any step forward without taking care of customer request would cost you an arm, a leg, and much more, step by step, day after day. Your commercial and trading responsability are clearly engaged. If you don't want to respect our rules, you will see that we won't let you sell in our coutries at all.

Keep in mind this advise. Never make a war you can't win.
