Hi, I want to add a part catcher on my QT8.

The switches works, but not the relay.

On the electric diagrams, there is an OP parameter to switch to "1". I change it, but nothing happens.

Someone know how to do ?

Anyone know how to enable parameter writing? I notice some parameters will not let me change them says something about inadequte information.

Screwing with parameters is both invaluable and dangerous. If you're getting an error message trying to change parameters, you're doing something really wrong.
Maybe it's just me, but I keep a log of the parameters I change on a regular basis, with short notes on what I'm doing. ie: Boring bar escape/retract distances get changed all the time, and if you use the distance for a large bar on a small one, you get crash.

I just purchased a mazak qt-8 and after powering it up I am getting some **** indicating that the parameters have been lost. I have the manuals with the parameter list but as stated noticed once I got to table 3 I believe it was, it would no longer allow me to enter the parameters

Also looking for someone who knows what parameters control which function or which manual I might fond this info, thumbed through the manuals but didn't see any specific Info as a few on the list that say something about enter best fit for machine?? Tomorrow I will be able the list the specific ones that state this.
