    MasterCam V9 Mill Post processor

Hi, I just bought a new HAAS VF-2D Vertical CNC Mill and don't have the post processor for MasterCam V9.

This is my second CNC, the first is a Frank Pheonix PC based control for which I have the Mcam V9 Post for (came with the machine).

I am using X2 MR2 as well but I just use the updatepost utility in X2 MR2 for my Pheonix Mill V9 post.

I want to do the same with the HAAS CNC but don't know where to get the post.

Is there a generic post processor that comes with Mastercam that will work for it? Or do I need to get the Post from somewhere else?

I believe an mpfanuc post processor comes with MC9 and that should get you started. When I get to work I will grab my Haas VF-2 mpfanuc post processor and post it for you.

    mpfanuc post....

That would be much appreciated! thanks for the reply.. If you can include the .txt file aswell since mcam V9 uses it. I will then update the post in X2MR2 and be able to program using both versions... Thanks for your help.

Mcam 9 post processor without the txt file

here is the post I use that works great with the Haas.

just use McamX or newer to update the post. You don't need the txt file usually assosiated with the Mcam 9 version .pst . just rename the .zip to a .pst
