So I've seen some nice enclosure made for PCNC 1100s online, and I was starting to realize how incredibly limiting the stock splashguard and coolent enclosure was so I made my own yesterday. Budget was 0, used some scrap plywood, aluminum channel, old spray paint, junk plastic and hardware. Probably could build this for $15 if you didn't have the material sitting around. Took 30 minutes to design, 45 minutes to build, and 20 minutes to paint. So here it is, the least impressive totally functional tormach coolant enclosure you will ever see
The plastic part at the bottom allows the vice to come out of the machine without hitting the enclosure in case you are wondering.
