Attached is my 1st CNC routed PCB (Eagle>PCB-GCode>Mach3).
Not the finest one but I'm happy with the result. I just need to do some fine-tuning for better result. For instance, Z depth, cutter width setting etc.
An incident occured during my milling process, my UPS suddenly did a switchover and the PC got resterted! I then manually have to adjusted the ZERO (for all axis) and used "Run from here" feature of Mach3. But I would like to know two things from you guys, it will really help me a lot.
1. Is Mach3 writes any log for line count as he executes? If so, it will help me to identify line number, exactly where the milling was interepted.
2. It is a PCB-GCode specific question. Is it feasible that PCB-GCode makes a ZERO identification tag (i.e. a little dot) in the code at the very begining? So that in case of interuption I can easily re-reference the axis's and resume the milling...
Thank you in advance.
