all parameters re-entered
then I can not disable parameter
I give 0 not go
but I have punched tape parameters
tape reader not funksioniert
how can I bring back machine run

There are 2 errors which which we are getting with the machine
No.-222 +Y S LMT

And when we are correcting that error another error is occurring
No.-220 +Y OT

These error are regarding some parameter settings, may be these error relates to PARAMETER numbers 81, 82, 83, 84.

Can you let us know what this error is and if we can find complete manual which will tell us what to do.

I have an amada pega 357 with fanuc 04p control. We have had lots of issues and this machine is new to us. I need some help. Today when trying to run a program the machine just stopped and the clamps released. Ive tried to reset and do everything I know how but I cant get the clamps to close. The foot pedal has no response.

I dont know my way around the machine well enough yet to even know what fuses, breakers, cords, etc to check. Can give me a list of items to check or troubleshooting procedure

I did notice that usually when we power on the machine the control usually comes on, then the hydraulic, then there is a multiple clicking sound that I believe may have been the clamps, after the clamps stopped working that sound no longer happens.

please help. Ill even pay for tech support if someone can offer it and truely knows this machine.

When the power was restored the Amada machines already had lost everything.

Do you have backup parameters for this machines if possible also the MMC parameters.

I am sorry for replying late, but my machine is Pega 344. Will it help?

1. Check wires P2-N2 should be 24VDC
2. Check diagnostic 2008.4, is it 0 at TDC? Put steel in front of switch on / off will diagnostic 2008.4 change? Jog ram off TDC to get cam out of your way for testing
3. King Or Queen machine? Queen has hyd clutch
4. Open door with main breaker. Large board inside at top of board should have number TCU1, is it A,B,C? Different schematic for each.

Hello.
1. The 24v is Ok
2. The diagnostic 2008.4 is not changing even in the sensor the LED I can see lightning when put the metal in front. Also I see the leds in the board as in the picture.
3. Is Queen
4. Now I am away to see that but let you know later

TCU signal Wire #156 comes into TCU1 board on TM1 Pin 6.

signal comes out TCU1 M18 Pin 17.

See if you have signal change in and out of TCU1.

The problem is in the output of the TCU1 without a metal on the sensor is 22V with metal is 24V.

Who is handling that output?
