I realize this post is old, but I ran into this same problem earlier today. It definitely does not have to do with my computer actually running out of memory or hard drive space (there is plenty of each, and I analyzed how much memory the process required). I initially ran into this problem when trying to decrease the size of the path interval. I presumed that with a smaller path interval, this resulted in more data needing to be calculated and stored. However, the solution proved to be very simple.

All I needed to do was restart my computer. I reloaded the file, fired off the same toolpath, and it worked without problem.

Must just be something within Modela itself.
