    Small Aluminum Parts Mill Work

I have several parts that I need machined for an assembly. I have machined them before on a friend's CNC however he got out of the business so I want to see what it will cost to have these made without the "friend" discount.

Depending on the cost I may be interested in ordering a larger initial batch than the QTY listed below so if you could give a quote that shows how the price changes with larger quantities that would be great. Also this will likely be a reoccurring order based on how quickly I can sell the initial order. If they continue to sell like the previous assemblies I made, it will be quick.

The first items I need are what I will call Part 1 and will be mill work. The outer dimensions likely will not need to be machined as the dimensions are not critical and is a standard aluminum stock size. There are two sides to Part one that bolt together. One side is tapped as indicate in the following drawing.

The other side has the same 1/4-28 holes on the side but has a through-hole in the middle that is counter bored for a low head cap screw.

    Part 1 tapped QTY: 9
    Part 1 through QTY: 9

If you have the ability to anodize then please quote both finished and unfinished pieces.

I have some other parts that need machined to complete the assembly. But I will list the others later. I have IGES files of the parts listed here that I can send you upon request.
