Exclamation Warning Label off a piece of equipment

This is the warning label off of a used piece of equipment
    my company just bought.

    Warning!!

This machine is subject to breakdowns
    during periods of critical needs

A special circuit in the machine is called a “ Critical Detector” senses the 0perator’s emotional state in terms of how desperate he or she is to use the machine. The “Critical Detector” then creates a malfunction proportional to the desperation of the operator. Threatening the machine with violence only aggravates the situation. Likewise, attempts to use another machine may cause it to also malfunction. (They belong to the same union).
Keep cool, and say nice things to the machine.

    Nothing else seems to work.

    Never let anything mechanical
know you are in a hurry.

Substitute "wife" in place of "machine".
If it's not nailed down, it's mine.
If I can pry it loose, it's not nailed down.

I work for a company that sells used medical equipment. It was on a laparoscopy video tower. It was stuck on there by someone but they did a good job making it and it look official.
