    810M-810T Backup parameters

    hi gents
i have two cnc sinumerik 810M& 810T didn't work about 3 years so the battery lost and expired, now I need to replace the batteries but as u know all the parameters has been lost, when i switch on the machine either the milling or the lathe I find the:
    general data .
    axial data 1.
    axial data 2.
    spindle data.
    machine bits.
all empty no digits or IO's and I don't have any back up for this.
so I need if any one can help me to get these data, pm or give me a link .
and how to back up the machines through the RS232 cable , because i have these machines already connected to the cad/cam lab.
thanx in advance for any help

If you lost battery power, you lost not only the parameters, but the commissioning data too.

I have it for the 810-T on a Hardinge Lathe, but not 810-M. Let me know if that will help. Otherwise contact Siemens for help. I know a tech for Hardinge and he may know the 810M, but he is in Florida.

It has lost all parameters and commissioning data and has no idea what to do. You need to start with replacing that.

I very much doubt you will find help here, but I would go to the manufacturer and try. It is the combination that you need, machine and controller.
