Problem When i try to bring up T2!

Hi, iam new here and was wondering if i could get some help. I changed the timming belt on our Excel PMC-5T18. Every thing works ok, but now when i got to bring up tool 2, (T2M6: ) I get an error message. OPERATOR MESSAGE NO. 2050, T code error due to:
    1)T code not applicable, or
2)Duplication of tool number in tool Data Management. Address D100 to D124, or
3)T code not available for Big Tool set.

Is there any way some one could help me? Thank you.

when you say changed timing belt, you mean the spindle belt?if so you need to orient the encoder right and im not sure how to do that,i watched a tech do it for my haas and still dont know how, check your manual

I suppose that Dalton means that this only happens on T2, and not on any other tool and isn't that strange if that should be the encoder!?

Anyhow, to adjust the spindle orientation in my Fanuc MXP-100i at work it's the value in par.4077, but you need to check wich par for your control in your manual!

If it has with "Big Tool Set" to do, you do that settings in DGN, but again you must check you're manual.
