I'm looking for a cheap software ($100 or less) for calcualting bend radius'/layout lengths for thin plate layout. Just something simple is all I need only 1 or 2 bends per part is typical. 3/16" plate thickness is standard up to 1/4".

no need for software if you are just talking about a few thicknesses... have the shop bend up some sample pieces of know flat size and make a chart of the final bent dimensions...
should be a lot less than 100 bucks and you will know exactly what you will get with the press tooling you have...
Bend Tech SM is a new sheet metal/plate bending software that just came out. $285.00 US. Not the $100 I dreamed of but well worth the cost. I bought it already, first day it was out actually. Bend Tech has a great reputation with their tube bending software. Not really any info on the website for SM yet as it was just released Dec. 1st, I had a little bird tell me about it.
