    MDS-B-CVS-260 Alarm 0077

    Hello
    We have got a cnc machine in our company and there are a spindle driver MDS-B-CVS-260 in this machine .
    Unfortunately the machine has stopped because of this alarm:
    S01 SERVO ALARM:PR 0077
    So pleeaaaaaasssssssseeeeee help me to solve it.

    you should check the fan first, then the supply voltage, chances are the power supply is already defective.

    Thank you for your reply Sir
    I have already checked the fan and it works properly.
    I know this alarm is about overheating in powersupply but I am wondering is there any parameter in the spindle driver to change it or not?
    In addition ,the powersupply has got a flashing "n" on its display.
    Please send me your advice

    in the power supply, remove the power module and change the thermal paste, and reassemble the power module in the power supply

    if that fails change the power module in the power supply

    thermal paste = heat sink compound
