Hi, the axis will not move, and the crt screen displays
"z axis motion error - movement too large"

You tried to measure the big transistors?

Yes, one of the other boards did blow four of the transistors on the heat sink, and I have fixed that, (whatever caused that happened at the same time this board was damaged)

the ones on the other board went short circuit, and where easy to identify, this board has no short on the high volt side in or out, I am starting to think it may be a smaller transistor, they appear to be darlingtons,
    motorola MPS A63 and A13,

will have to remove them from the board to get a better ideam at least they seem to be available !
