Automatic tool change system for Sherline headstock based machines

Now available from IMService with special introductory pricing.

The system includes a 3 or 5 position rack, 5 tool holders with collets and nuts, the ATC controller,
and an assembled and tested Toolchanger headstock. The Toolchanger headstock can be used with
the motor, controller, and pulleys from a customer's present Sherline mill.

Requires 100-125 psi air supply for draw bar actuation. A 1 hp portable air compressor can supply the air.

Bracketing is also available to mount a Sherline headstock on other machines such as a Taig or CNC routers

Above: Tool changer headstock with 5 tool rack.

Below: Tool changer controller. Opto-Isolated magnetic relays control the spindle
rotation, coolant ( or other aux function), and tool release function.
