Cutting a Strat body on a Larken 2424 router

Here is a video of cutting a Strat body with a Larken 2424 router. The design was done in Mastercam Brian at Electrolab.

Nice! Any reason for using such a long cutter? Also, I am surprised that you cut the fillets and contours with a flat bottomed endmill... I would have thought that a ball nose would require less finish sanding. What kind of stepover were you using for the finish passes?

    Thanks for the video.
