If you don't find one, you could make your own. I did for two reasons, (1) I couldn't find one either, (2) I'm cheap.

I can't use the excuse that I can't find it, I'm just cheap. If I want to build one anything I should look out for? I am thinking of buying the pillow block from either mcmaster or ebay. . . .
I didn't use pillow blocks for mine. Like I said, I'm cheap. I made a weldment so I could clamp it down to the table easily. Then machined everything square (so I can indicate it later). Bored a hole for a dead center, that I made out of a 1" dowel pin. Tapped a 1/2" through hole so I could put some load on it.
Ugly, but affordable. I'll see if I can find a pic.
Here's a pic of my tailstock. One could use a live center if you though it was necessary, but I just figured with such low rpms, a dead center with grease would be fine.
