You can do a search for 6" Atlas lathe that is who made them for Sears. If you aren't trying to just restore it to original, you might consider using these; Grizzly.com® -- Search Results
The Power Twist is the last belt you will ever have to buy for the lathe. The will transmit more power than a regular Vbelt and you don't need to take the lathe apart to install it. Just cut the old one off and put the Power Twist on.
I'll agree about the power twist belts. I have a 1960 Craftsman lathe and the belt was about gone. I REALLY did not feel like dissasembly of the whole head. I figured that I would give it a try, cut the old belt off, and installed the twist belt.
It not only worked, but runs smoother and more quiet too. Just do it... you will be glad you did.

remove the drive gear from the spindle
remove the two piece coller
there is a set screw in the drive pulley it should not be tight
slide the drive pulley assembly to the gear end of the shaft
there is a very small keyway in the shaft , remove
slide spindle shaft out
