Hi there,

I'm busy building a small wankel engine, but don't have the capabilities to machine the internal gear in the rotor. I would therefore like to find out how much it would cost to have the whole rotor (including the gear) wire EDMed.

The material would be carbon steel. The quantity is very small - either 1, 2 or 3 items.

The parts are small, so postage shouldn't be too expensive - therefore quotes from anywhere in the world are OK. I have got an IGES file that can be sent.

I have access to get it done at work, but being we don't normally do this type stuff (although more than capable) I would have to slide it through when we are not busy, etc.
