    Agree signel faileur

    hurco Bmc 20 have massage :agree signel failer: please help about this problem

    Sounds like it could me a M code FIN(ish) signal not completing, some systems are set to monitor it with a timer and issue an alarm if not seen within a certain amount of time.

    It's missing the signal from the spindle drive that informs the control that the speed agree coincides with the DAC voltage.

    where we check fo this massage can you please tell the location in spindel drive and where is spindel drive in control

    Open the back doors to the cabinet and look inside for a beige coloured unit with an LED display. When it is faulted, look to see if there is a code on the display. If it says "0" there is no error.

    I had this problem on my BMC 50 and it ended up being the limit switch that told the machine the chuck was closed.
