    Cylindrical Camshaft

I am trying to program a camshaft using using a rotary axis contour but not having much luck with the results. The image I found online is an example of what I am trying to accomplish. I am using X4 MU3, rotating about X axis and the other image shows the path in light blue from the right side view which is wrong. Is this even possible? Thanks for any help that y'all can provide. Peace.

I think what you're seeing is the allowance for the tool radius.
I base this on the "error" being on the x- side.
