How to set up speeds and feeds (plastics)

Can anyone point me in the correct direction? I'm not a machinist, but I have read a few articles on the theory, but most of the time it's for metals.

I want V23 to be able to take care of all my speeds. Right now I make a pretty good guess, and then manual override it at the machine.

We are using plastics, phenolics and Bakelite.

The theory is the same, X chipload/ tooth @ Y Sfpm.

You can re-name one of the user defined materials in the cutting conditions file and name it whatever you need. then you have to populate the list with the values you have either calculated or know to work. The next job you do, all you have to do is set that material when you set your stock up and you are mostly good.
