Accel setting for Sherline Rotary cutting Wax?

I just converted from TurboCNC to Mach3 (wish I had done so sooner

I'm curious what folks who cut wax rings use for accel & speed on their Sherline Rotary.

I realize it depends on power supply, motors, etc, but I'm looking for a rough
starting point.

My code is typically around 10,000 lines of short moves that are about 0.5
degrees max, with the average around 0.2 degrees. Because the cut is over before the rotary has finished accelerating, the requested feed rate is never met.

So I'm trying to determine what baseline accel setting I should start with
before experimenting with settings to maximize speed without stalling.

In Mach3 I'm using degrees, CV with 0.4" radius, and backlash off.
Sherline Rotary has a 280 oz PacSci 1.8 deg stepper, 10 micro-step Gecko 210,and 36V power supply. The X & Z axis use the same motors and Geckos.

Any feedback from users with a similar setup is appreciated!
