I am working on a Hyundai Kia SKT 21LMS with Fanuc oi-TC controller. I am attempting to mill a 1/4" hex on the face of a 3/8" SS rod. My initial efforts have lead me to the following code which uses polar coordinates (g112/g113/g12.1/g13.1) and tool cutter comp (g41/g42), both of which i am not very familiar. I get an error (041 interference in NRC) after initiating cutter comp. My g-code is below.
any ideas? or suggestions. attached are several photos of gcode on the machine screen and the display a two lines before it errors.
(I think the photos show a couple variations of the code)
