    Velocity for maintenance customers?

Does anyone know if Surfcam will be giving maintenance customers the Velocity software, or will they be trying to get us to buy this?

    Thanks, Kevin...

That's an area where Surfcam is in need of improvement! The product updates have gone to SH**, I hate waiting for my reseller to get around to sending us a cd. I'm able to download Solidworks updates before they are shipped on cd, then by the time I actually get the CD I don't need it (i like it this way). My Vent...

Our shop is located in Erie Pa, (USA) and has been operating for 45 years. We do custom thermoforming; clamshells, blisters, shipping trays, etc. We build most of our tools out of aluminum, and cut some cool looking and challenging geometry. We have been using surfcam and solidworks since 1997 with great success...

What type of work do you do; and where are you located?

    Thanks, Kevin...

    download Velocity

I am pretty sure that you can download it off of surfware.com if you are registered. Also, if you have a "plus" system, it is free. So 2X plus, 3X plus and 4 and 5 axis systems.

I'm pretty sure surfware's website blows!!! I have been all over there "secure support site" and can't see anything related to Velocity. I do have two seats of 3axis plus, so I should get it via snail mail when they get around to it....
