Has anyone with one of these had to replace the ball screws? I'm wondering if there is something other than going to Supermax and getting bent over with the cost. I would not have a problem doing the machine work to make it happen. I have experience with taking ball screw shafting and annealing the ends and machining ends to what is needed. My concern was the nut assembly clearance on the X axis. I looked at Roton and thought about using two nuts back to back to adjust the backlash. Has anyone played with something like this? Thanks, Dave
