Making sharp corners in VCarve 3.1

I hope this is the place where I need to be
I am trying to make SHARP corners in Vcarve 3.1
The only way I could get it done is to make an inset line and use the "V-Carve / Engraving tool-path" Tool but this takes way to long and I would like to get a better tool path so it only cuts what I need
The Picture is what I am look for or what the cut should look like or anything like that just as long as the corner is sharp or to a point. I also have Alibre CAD and Cam software if anybody uses that software. The design is a square and a triangle very basic. Any help would be great because My brain has been disengaged.

    Hello Trell,

If you can post your file as an attachment I'll take a look.

Draw the inside and outside borders, and V-Carve between them.

OK I cut the test panels like the pictures, and my customer wants to cut them straight with a sharp point in the corner, I had some panels cut with a laser and they looked awesome but the wood was burnt on the edges. I was thinking about a water jet but I don't know how sharp the corners could be. I may even cut some with a CNC if I can make the corners sharp.
What do you guys think I should do
