Are there any good distributors for sourcing CF at reasonable prices? I'm interested in weaved CF sheet and some info on cutters to use with CNC router based machine.

I know some of the hobby RC guys have to have some info.

I have a good dust collection system and adequate ventilation, so I've read some of the horrors of cutting CF and know of the risks. Any info related at all would be appreciated too.

look for someone who sells expired aerospace CF, it is stored in -40f and is dated, and then sold off for scrap.
For cutters, maybe try Onsrud

CF Sheet is made of Carbon fibre + epoxy , SO when cutting CF the duct will come out and also makes skin itch if over touch with this Material , Just like G10 Sheet .

CF can be in twill or straight weave pattern

for tooling use fishtail router bits downcut if I remember right get them from drill technology. here is the price list
