    BobCad and Windows 7

I am considering purchasing a new computer to run BobCad V21. It will have Windows 7. 2 questions:
    1) Is BobCad 21 compatible with windows 7?
    2) What is the best way to move the program? I can't find the original discs.

I don't think you can move it.when I originally purchased v21 the sales man was trying to sell me another seat for another computer for another 2 or 3 hundred dollars on top of the 2500 he had already sold me on. The only way is to have another seat of it. I then purchased v23 that came with unlimited seats and with a dongle key. sold as an upgrade for 400 dollars.

I believe you can download the software at:
    www.bobcadsupport.com/tech
Try installing the software then call bobcad to deauthorize the old install and authorize the new install.

Check out the postings on the bobcad forum. Several people there have it installed and working on windows 7.
