Hi there!

I've recently bought and set up a new LS3020 engraving & cutting machine from HPC Laser, and need a bit of help!

When I put the driver into my computer (XP- tried in 2 different computers!) it recognises the disk and then just freezes into 'not responding'.

Does anyone have the driver that they could e-mail to me or upload somewhere please?

Any newbie tips for this machine would also be much appreciated!
