    Smooth Stepper G540 and Mach

I am so close to get things all working. I need some help.
I can't seem to get more that about 220 Hz (on VFD display) and 5+ volts on DVM on Analog output of G540 when connected together.
Running manually I can get 400 Hz out of unit. 23975 RPM :-)
So exactly what do I have to adjust?
There are settings in both Mach3 and SS plugin. So which one adjusts things to get 0 to 10V.
    Thanks

I have found the issue. Now I will have to fix it.
Extreme noise on the Analog voltage to the VFD. I am chatting with the VFD and G540 vendors. once you look at a scope its rather obvious what the issue it.
    Thanks for reading.

Sounds like maybe it's a shielding issue.

Yes it might be. I actually am using shielded wire and the shield is connected at the G540 end. I will mess with a few different combination's. I am looking for a schematic of the optically isolated VFD section to decide the best configuration. There are many things that can cause the issue ans eventually it will be fixed.
    Thanks

I am now over that hurdle. I am getting satisfactory results with the Drain wire on the shield connected to the ACM terminal on the VFD end.
Thanks for all the help and suggestions.
