    DMU50V MILLPLUS ALARM "I1"

    Please help me clear out alarm "I1". Machine powered up but would not let me home or anything until this alarm go away. I'm new to this type of machine so any help would be much appreciated.
    "I1" alarm said "interface not initialized"

    I am having DMU50V machine with millplus model.
    My hard disk got crashed.
    I need backup of your machine hard disk .
    Can you please help
