Hi,

I´m looking for one coupler for my CNC. Not sure which one to choose...
Can any one help me ? If I'm not wrong one can not supply my torque... Suggestions ?

I have a fixed screw (only spin). Don´t think that will have axial movement ( but we never now this once is a home made cnc...).

The motor is a nema23 but with 2,5Nm - 354oz.
working at 1/8 - max velocity is 1400 p/min (is mm)
and acceleration in around 50.

Don't use aluminum Helical, use stainless, more money but less problems.
Look in the Misumi catalogue they have Oldham and spider types that are very low backlash.
