Old R990H Boards not supplying power to the motor.

Hi, I'm working on a Hurco retrofit I started 6 years ago and never got around to finishing. The problem I'm having is when I'm trying to supply power to a servo for testing. The test is setup as follows:

    R990MB, R990H Driver, R990IO
I have a spi test connector in place on the MB, the rutex drives are communicating with the pc. I'm able to change the pot values and have it reflected in the programs (R990H.exe, RutexSetup.exe). I have Ilim pot fully CCW, kp at ~525, ki 0, kd 0. The encoder is working fine also.

I flip on my lab supply set at 24V and it runs into the driver, but nothing comes out. I tried another driver card and the same thing happened.

I've poured over the Rutex documentation countless times, check and rechecked all of my connections and can't find anything wrong. Am I missing something here?

Are you running 2 power supplies, one for main and one for control ?

    Does the motor lock ?
